ABOUT US

Punto Zero is a bakery, deli and pastry shop where everything is handmade and strictly gluten-free.

Our mission is to make every kind of recipe in a gluten-free version, which is why we never stop researching flavours and, above all, textures as close as possible to the original, if not identical.

We want people with coeliac disease to stop seeing food as a limitation and to enjoy the whole world of food.

OUR CHEF LUCA SCINALDI

I have coeliac disease, and since childhood I have lived with this serious limitation that kept me from eating all kinds of food.

Despite this, or perhaps precisely because of it, I developed a passion for cooking that led me to learn and then experiment with every kind of dish, from bread to pizza to desserts.

Our shop has long been part of the AiC Lazio "Eating Out" programme: with AiC, eating out with coeliac disease is no longer a problem but a constant discovery of new, artisan flavours!
